Sagadev (the "app" and this website) is operated by [Your full name, as on your PAN and bank account], an individual. This policy explains what information is used, why, and your choices. By using Sagadev you agree to it.

1. What we use

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos or advertising ids, and we do not sell your information.

2. Birth details are personal data

We use them only to produce what you asked for. Please add other people's birth details only if you have their permission. You can remove any profile in the app, and you can ask us to delete anything we hold about you by writing to [your-email@example.com].

3. Children

Sagadev is for adults and for families with a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent or guardian's permission. We do not knowingly collect information from children without it.

4. Service providers

Razorpay (payments), OpenAI (language and speech processing), and our hosting provider. Each handles data only to provide its service.

5. Security and retention

Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). We keep payment records as the law requires. We do not keep chat text or voice clips on our server after the reply is produced.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, and to withdraw consent, by writing to [your-email@example.com]. We reply within a reasonable time.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
